Binance Wallet Unveils Major Upgrades to Enhance Trading and Security

Binance Wallet has introduced significant updates, including the Secure Auto Sign (SAS) trading model, designed to enhance fund security and streamline the trading experience. The Pro Mode feature now allows users to sell half of a position at double its value with a single click.

The Meme Rush update now supports Bonk and Launchlab tokens, capitalizing on the surging interest in meme coins. This MOVE aligns with a 30% increase in meme coin trading volume on decentralized platforms since June 2025. The timing coincides with a 15% price surge in Solana-based assets, underscoring Binance Wallet's strategic positioning in the market.

Binance Opens Bitcoin Options Writing to Retail Traders

Binance has democratized access to Bitcoin options writing, extending the feature beyond institutional players to retail traders. The move responds to surging demand for sophisticated crypto derivatives, with Bitcoin options volume skyrocketing from $4.1 billion in June 2020 to $139 billion by June 2025—a 3,200% increase.

"Our bitcoin options products meet growing retail demand for advanced trading tools," said Jeff Li, Binance's VP of Product. The platform now allows verified users to collect premiums by selling calls/puts and implement hedging strategies previously reserved for professionals.

This expansion mirrors traditional finance's evolution, where derivatives markets mature alongside underlying asset adoption. Binance's decision underscores crypto's accelerating institutionalization—retail traders increasingly seek tools for income generation and risk management beyond spot trading.
